Votes from 00:00–00:30 were incorrectly duplicated in the 00:30–01:00 count. Votes from 00:00–01:00 were duplicated in the 01:00–01:30 count. And so forth for subsequent intervals.

An investigation has identified certain ballots involving bribery targeting Stella Female Division contestants, violating Charter Section II.B.2. All confirmed fraudulent ballots have been invalidated per charter protocols. Case details remain confidential at the request of the primary evidence provider.
In addition, certain groups have encouraged or implied that voters may submit multiple ballots in the same round, or submit multiple ballots "on behalf of others". Such actions explicitly violate voting rules. All detected cases will be invalidated.
