UTC 2025-07-18 16:00:00 Recently, ISML staff received reports that certain groups have been publicly promoting or organizing multiple individuals to submit multiple votes in the same round.  Staff verified the ballots included in the evidence provided by the relevant reports. Upon verification, such votes—were identified based on clear multi-factor characteristics, including but not limited to IP addresses—have consistently failed to pass review in previous matches.  We hereby remind everyone that: This year, ISML has implemented multiple new security systems. Do not attempt to submit multiple votes in the same round, or engage in bribery, blackmail, aggressive intimidation, or similar unethical activities that explicitly violate the ISML 2024 Charter. ISML staff will apply stricter review procedures to votes from groups and individuals involved in organizing or publicly promoting such behavior. We urge all voters to consciously reject these actions and ensure the fairness of the matches together.
