The Staff hereby provide the following explanation: As stated in the announcement following Elimination Stage Round 7, starting from Elimination Stage Round 8, the League upgraded its vote-counting system and implemented emergency measures. As a result of these measures, compared to previous Live Voting Statistics, the number of ballots instantly counted and displayed during the voting period in Rounds 8 and 9 dropped significantly, accounting for only about 20% of the final official results. The vast majority of ballots were placed by the vote-counting system into the pending review pool.
